four-ingredient chimichurri

USE THIS AS A DIP, MARINADE, DRESSING - THERE ARE NO LIMITS TO THIS MAGIC MIXTURE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bushel of parsley (found in the produce section, give it a good rinse to clean it, trim off the majority of the stems with a knife)

  • cloves from 1-2 bulbs (yes bulbs!) of garlic 

  • juice of fresh 2-3 lemons

  • ¼ - ½ C of olive oil

  • salt/pep as desired

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all ingredient into blender and blend until smooth. You can also hand chop everything finely, or use a chopper! Mixture can be a chunky or smooth consistency, whichever you prefer.

  2. Store in mason jar or glass container for up to 2 weeks.
